在脑认知领域,研究组利用统计分析、图论分析、机器学习及数据挖掘等方法对生理、心理疾病患者的脑影像数据进行计算、统计、分析,研究精神和认知疾病状态下大脑结构、功能网络的异常及遗传因素在精神疾病中的作用。在人工智能领域,在计算机辅助诊断,疾病预测等方面开展研究。先后在Cerebral cortex、Brain Imaging and Behavior、Plos Computational Biology、Journal of affective disorders、Journal of Alzheimer's Disease等期刊上发表论文30余篇。
